These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Traiball, including the website, applications, training-generation tools, paid subscriptions, and related services.
Last updated: April 21, 2026
1. Agreement to these Terms
By accessing or using Traiball, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
If you use the Service on behalf of a team, school, club, business, or another organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
We may record the date, time, and version of these Terms and other legal policies or disclosures that you accept.
2. About Traiball
Traiball provides AI-assisted basketball training tools, personalized workout generation, saved training plans, and related content for educational and informational purposes. The Service is intended to help users structure basketball skill development, but it is not a substitute for in-person coaching, professional supervision, or medical advice.
3. Eligibility and account registration
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized use of your account or any other security incident affecting the Service.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to, and not to help others to:
- use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data;
- interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the Service;
- scrape, copy, reverse engineer, or extract source code except as permitted by law;
- submit unlawful, abusive, infringing, deceptive, or malicious content;
- use the Service in a way that could harm Traiball, other users, or third parties, including by overloading infrastructure or bypassing technical limitations.
5. User content and prompts
You may provide prompts, profile information, feedback, notes, and other content through the Service (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content, subject to the rights you grant below.
You grant Traiball a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, and use User Content as necessary to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Service, generate outputs, provide support, and enforce these Terms.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have all rights necessary to provide it and permit its use under these Terms.
6. AI-generated output
Traiball uses automated systems and models to generate training plans, suggestions, and related output. AI-generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, inappropriate for your circumstances, or unavailable at times.
You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it. Traiball does not guarantee that generated plans will be error-free, suitable for a particular athlete, or effective for a specific goal.
7. Health and training disclaimer
Traiball is not a doctor, physiotherapist, athletic trainer, or licensed medical provider. The Service does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation guidance, or injury-prevention guarantees.
Before starting any training program, especially if you have an injury, illness, mobility limitation, or health concern, you should consult an appropriate qualified professional. You assume responsibility for how you use the Service and for your own training decisions.
8. Subscriptions, billing, and renewals
Some features of Traiball require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing intervals, and included features are described on the pricing page, checkout page, or other relevant product surfaces at the time of purchase.
If you purchase a recurring subscription, you authorize recurring charges using your selected payment method until you cancel. Subscription fees are billed in advance for the relevant billing period unless clearly stated otherwise.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled.
You are responsible for providing a valid payment method and keeping your billing information current.
9. Cancellation, account deletion, and refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Unless expressly stated otherwise, cancellation stops future renewals and your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing period.
If you delete your account, your access to the Service may end immediately and your subscription will be canceled so that it does not renew again. Deleting your account does not automatically entitle you to a full or partial refund for any unused portion of the current billing period unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Information about how your personal data is handled after account deletion is described in our Privacy Statement.
Refunds, where available, are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy and any mandatory rights that apply under consumer protection laws.
10. Intellectual property
The Service, including the Traiball name, branding, software, interfaces, design, text, graphics, and other content provided by Traiball, is owned by or licensed to Traiball and protected by intellectual property and unfair competition laws.
Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, create derivative works from, or exploit any part of the Service.
11. Feedback
If you provide suggestions, ideas, or other feedback about Traiball, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use and incorporate that feedback for any lawful purpose without restriction or compensation to you.
12. Availability and changes to the Service
We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or add features to the Service at any time. We do not guarantee that the Service or any feature will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, accurate, or error-free.
We may also impose usage limits, feature restrictions, or account controls where reasonably necessary for operational, legal, or security reasons.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for the Service or other users, failed to pay fees when due, or where suspension is necessary to comply with legal obligations.
You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including provisions relating to intellectual property, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution.
14. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Traiball disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Traiball will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, business opportunity, or anticipated savings, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Traiball’s total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to Traiball in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
16. Consumer rights
If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms removes or limits any mandatory rights you have under the laws that apply in your place of residence. If any provision of these Terms conflicts with such mandatory rights, the mandatory rights will prevail to the extent of that conflict.
17. Governing law and disputes
These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising from or related to them are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, excluding conflict-of-law rules, except that if you are a consumer, you also retain the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
The competent courts of the Netherlands may hear disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, subject to any mandatory consumer law that gives you the right to bring claims in another forum.
If you are a consumer in the European Union and have a complaint, you may be entitled to use alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanisms provided by competent consumer dispute bodies in your country of residence.
Traiball is not obligated and does not agree to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. If the changes are material, we may provide additional notice where appropriate.
If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we may require your explicit acceptance before the updated Terms apply to you where required by applicable law.
19. Consumer information
Where required by applicable law, you may receive these Terms in a durable medium, such as by email or in a downloadable format.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal for certain distance contracts unless an exception applies, including where you have expressly requested immediate performance of a digital service and acknowledged that you lose the withdrawal right once performance begins.
