This Privacy Statement explains how Traiball collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal data when you access or use traiball.com and related services.

Last updated: April 21, 2026

1. Who we are

Traiball operates the website and digital services available at traiball.com and related product interfaces, training-generation flows, subscription features, and support channels (together, the “Service”).

For the purposes described in this Privacy Statement, Traiball is responsible for deciding how and why personal data is processed in connection with the Service.

If you have questions about privacy or want to exercise your data rights, you can contact us at @traiball_ai on Instagram.

2. Scope of this statement

This Privacy Statement applies to personal data collected through the Service, including information you provide directly, data collected automatically through your use of the Service, and data received from service providers that support authentication, hosting, payments, analytics, communications, and security.

It does not apply to third-party websites, tools, or services that have their own privacy notices and are not controlled by Traiball.

3. Personal data we collect

Depending on how you use Traiball, we may collect the following categories of personal data:

  • Account information: name, email address, login credentials or authentication identifiers, and account preferences.
  • Profile and training data: playing level, goals, position, age range, time available to train, equipment access, and similar details you provide so we can personalize training plans.
  • User content: prompts, requests, notes, feedback, generated workouts, saved plans, and other content you submit, create, or store through the Service.
  • Billing and transaction data: subscription plan, billing status, country, invoice details, renewal status, and limited payment-related information provided to us by our payment processor. Full payment card details are not stored by Traiball.
  • Technical and usage data: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, language settings, referral data, log data, approximate location derived from IP, and information about how you use and navigate the Service.
  • Support and communication data: information you send when contacting us, responding to surveys, joining a waitlist, or requesting help.
  • Agreement records: records of the legal agreements, policies, and disclosures you accept, including the version accepted and the date and time of acceptance.

4. How we collect personal data

  • Directly from you when you create an account, purchase a subscription, submit information, or contact us.
  • Automatically when you use the Service, including through logs, device data, cookies, local storage, and analytics tools where permitted.
  • From service providers and vendors that support payments, hosting, analytics, authentication, communications, and security.

5. How we use personal data

We use personal data to:

  • create and manage your account;
  • provide, personalize, and improve training plans, workouts, and platform features;
  • process subscriptions, billing, renewals, cancellations, and account administration;
  • provide customer support and communicate with you about service-related matters;
  • maintain security, prevent fraud or abuse, and protect the integrity of the Service;
  • analyze usage and performance so we can improve reliability, usability, and product quality;
  • record and maintain evidence of acceptance of our legal terms, policies, and disclosures;
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms, policies, and agreements.

6. Legal bases for processing

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction that requires a legal basis for processing, we process personal data only where a lawful basis applies. These may include:

  • Contract: where processing is necessary to provide the Service, manage your account, or fulfill a subscription you requested.
  • Legitimate interests: where processing is reasonably necessary to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights and freedoms.
  • Consent: where required by law, including for non-essential analytics cookies or similar technologies.
  • Legal obligation: where we must process data to comply with applicable law, legal process, tax rules, or regulatory requirements.

Agreement records may also be processed on the basis of legal obligation where required by applicable law, and otherwise on the basis of our legitimate interests in maintaining accurate records of accepted terms, policies, and disclosures.

7. Cookies, local storage, and analytics

Traiball may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep users signed in, remember preferences, support security, and understand how the Service is used.

Where required by applicable law, we ask for consent before using non-essential analytics technologies. If you accept analytics cookies, we may collect limited usage data to help us understand traffic, feature usage, and platform performance. If you reject them, those non-essential analytics technologies should not be loaded.

You can also control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling certain technologies may affect how parts of the Service function.

8. Payments and billing

Payments and subscription billing are handled by third-party payment providers, including Stripe. Those providers may collect payment details directly from you and process them under their own privacy terms and security measures.

Traiball generally receives limited payment and billing information, such as payment status, billing email, billing country, subscription status, invoice details, and tokenized or partial payment method information where available.

9. How we share personal data

We do not sell your personal data. We may share personal data only where reasonably necessary, including:

  • with infrastructure, hosting, cloud, and database providers;
  • with authentication, analytics, communications, and security providers;
  • with payment processors and billing partners;
  • with professional advisers, auditors, or legal advisers subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations;
  • when disclosure is required by law, regulation, court order, or valid legal request;
  • when necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims, or to investigate fraud, misuse, or security incidents;
  • in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, or sale of all or part of the business, subject to appropriate safeguards where required.

10. International data transfers

Your personal data may be processed in countries other than the one in which you live. Where required by law, we take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international transfers, such as contractual protections or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

11. Data retention

We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Statement, including to provide the Service, maintain business and legal records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, enforce agreements, and comply with legal, accounting, or tax obligations.

We record the date, time, and version of legal agreements, policies, and disclosures you accept. These records are retained for up to three (3) years after your account is deleted in order to maintain compliance records and to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims where necessary.

After this period, agreement records are deleted or anonymized unless we are required to retain them for a longer period to comply with applicable law, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, or enforce our agreements.

Retention periods vary depending on the type of data and the reason it was collected. When personal data is no longer needed, we will delete, anonymize, or securely archive it unless a longer retention period is required by law.

12. Account deletion and data deletion

If you delete your Traiball account, access to the Service may end immediately. Personal data associated with your account may then be deleted or scheduled for deletion, except where we need to retain certain information for legitimate business purposes or to comply with legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution obligations.

Limited billing, transaction, security, compliance, and legal-record information may therefore be retained after account deletion where necessary or legally required.

13. Your rights and choices

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you;
  • request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
  • request deletion of your data in certain circumstances;
  • object to or request restriction of certain processing;
  • withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
  • receive a portable copy of certain data;
  • lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Some information may also be updated directly in your account if those settings are available. To exercise any privacy rights, contact us at traiball.info@gmail.com. We may request information necessary to verify your identity before completing a request.

14. Security

We use reasonable technical, organizational, and administrative safeguards designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

15. Children’s privacy

Traiball is not intended for children below the age at which they can validly consent to personal data processing under applicable law. Where required, minors should use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

If you believe that a child has provided personal data unlawfully, please contact us and we will review the matter.

16. Changes to this Privacy Statement

We may update this Privacy Statement from time to time to reflect changes to the Service, our data practices, or legal requirements. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date above.

If changes are material, we may provide additional notice where appropriate.
